I am a self taught Canadian artist of South Asian origin. Growing up in India, I had a traditional upbringing, which sets the undertone for my work. Over the years, I have traveled across many cities in Asia, Europe and Americas, which further expanded my experience through multitude of cultural influences. My art creations are all about my life. In my drawing and paintings, I portrays the varied experiences, emotions and events in my life from my unique perspective. The interplay of light and dark plays an important role in all my depictions. I use vividly contrasting colors and hues, which unveil beautifully the story behind each of my paintings.

I am the Vice President of Mississauga Art Society and a member to various Art organizations. My works have been extensively shown in solo and group exhibitions in Canada, U.S., Hong Kong, India and Japan. I am currently represented by Galleries in Yorkville (Toronto) and Chicago.
