Ready Freddie I’m ready said little Freddie! I’m ready to run, I ready to play…I am always ready when there is some fun! I’m ready said little Freddie! I’m ready to hide, I’m ready to seek…When I am ready you can come take a peek! I’m ready said little Freddie! I’m ready on Sunday, I’m ready on Monday…I’m ready to play every day of the week! I’ve set myself in the studio to start my day’s writing. I’ve arranged all my particulars neatly as I always do. Pencils and paper are properly placed. And sketches and references are set on easels within easy view. But, more importantly, matches and humidor are set next to the ashtray and with a cigar in my talented fingers, I'm now ready to go.
