Cenin, my alter ego, means "fetus" in English. I live and work in mind, womb, tomb and Istanbul. I’m an outsider, self-taught, intuitive, visionary artist since 2005..............
I'm interested in everything about art, especially surrealism, visionary, art brut, horror vacui, steampunk, cyberpunk, haiga, outsider, raw, inner, found and self taught. My favourite technique is traditional media via colored pencils, crayons, felt-tip pens, markers.............
Artist Statement:....
My creative motto is... Dream with your eyes open and see with your eyes closed.
Our inner world is the only true source of meaning and purpose we have. My art embodies the vision of me and simultaneously reveals a facet of collective unconscious & human drama and discovers the soul of beings and things..............
Museums and Exhibitions:.....

2008 - !f Istanbul International Independent Film Festival "I dream of the films that haven’t been made yet" group exhibition organised in collaboration with Gallery x-ist in Istanbul, Turkey. My artwork “Fantastic-Atomic Movie Poster” has been chosen by the contest jury......................
Interviews and Features:........

the icons are personal and therefore removed from us- the viewer, but they are also familiar and old friends or enemies- wonderful. I see power in the more abstract elements. Are you going there?
