“Art is what I am made for and is my contribution to the world. I never get bored with creating and I strive to better my skills in portraying the thoughts and ideas of myself and others from what I experience in daily life; taking every thought captive. My art would most clearly be described as “Conceptual Dreamscapes.” As an artist I am working on perfecting my ability to capture my subjects with life, raw expression, and most importantly, imagination. I love to create that which is not reality. The fact that we can image things beyond our world is a gift and a hope. My main focus is to stretch my ability in portraying my mind to the external world. Every image is done with a purpose and has something to say to the viewer; it is didactic. As well as having an appreciation for past historical artists that left behind pieces that tell us about their time, I too wish to leave behind the aspects of today’s world.”
