The majority of my work is derived from my observance of relationships, or lack thereof, between creation and the uncreated God.

I am intrigued by the way humans respond emotionally to certain situations of life, like feeling ashamed or cherished. When I experience intense emotion, my mind creates scenes that relate to what I am feeling. It is my way of coping and releasing what was dwelling on the inside. That is why I believe art is an outlet. It is my also my voice, which carries messages I pray will reach the hearts of people that come in contact with it. My goal is to channel my thoughts and messages into gripping, beautiful, and moving works of art. There has to be an emotional and spiritual connection between me and my works. My work is centered on content. If my art lacks content, then I have not accomplished my goal. During my process, passion has to be strong about my subject matter, or my finished work will be weak.
