Hi Rose I was wondering If I could be so cheeky as to ask for a helping hand? I am trying to set up my artwork so I can sell copies as you are, but when i click yes when i want to sell I can't click how I want to sell it, and I can not sell it at all, do you know why this is? Sorry for the bother!

To enable sales at BC try... MANAGE ARTWORK> EDIT FOLDER> click EDIT under the artwork you wish to sell> under the image you will see the words FOR SALE?... this is where you will get the options you are looking for....
There is a requirement in terms of quality of printing, and at BC they look for 200ppi resolution and adjust sizes accordingly. I know another artist spoke with me recently re-uploaded higher resolution images, and got the sales options that had been missing for her previously. This may be the case with yours too Matty??

Well...listen...hold your horses...
No need to panic and re-upload everything from scratch... we are due very soon for an overhaul of the interface here, and we are all keeping fingers crossed for a re-upload option on images we all have been dying to improve on... I think in the next few weeks, we may get lucky in that respect, and then no need to lose all you have done to date. I suggest meanwhile, you try and ensure your NEXT image uploaded is 200ppi...
