I appreciate your thematic meditations, but I really dig your black and white series on your website, particularly "Fan-Entrance". Reminds me of Franz Kline.

thanks. as a kid I went to the LA County museum and sat in front of Ballantine (their only Kline) and did sketches and variations for years. He's my first mentor.

Thanks for the extensive stars and comments! I used to be represented by the Sue Greenwood Gallery across from the Laguna Art Museum and was down there a fair amount. I think your expressionist work is exciting with a great color palette. Do you have a separate career?
