Bluecanvas is committed to offering the highest quality products and prints available. However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, we'll work hard to make it right. There are a few different methods to returning, replacing or receiving a refund for your order.

Bluecanvas has contracted with the highest quality printers and framers to bring you a product that we are confident you will love. If for some reason, the print does not meet your desires, simply return the print within 15 days for a full refund of the print's price. No questions asked.
Returns
In the case where you would like to return an item, send an email to customercare@bluecanvas.com and include your order number. A representative will contact you with a return form to complete and address. Place the artwork back into the original packaging (required) and send the item back to the address provided. Once the item is received, an email will be sent notifying you of receipt and when you should expect to receive your refund. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with your order.
If you have received an item that was damaged upon arrival, notify Bluecanvas within 15 days of receipt of the package to customercare@bluecanvas.com. Be sure to include your order number, explanation, and a photo of the product. Upon acceptance of your request, a new item will be shipped out as quickly as possible at no expense to you. If for any reason your item must be sent back to Bluecanvas, buyer shall be responsible for any shipping charges to do so. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

Returns received back in our possession 15 days from the date of shipment will be eligible for a full refund of the print price. This does not pertain to any shipping charges that may apply or have been applied. All custom frame options are considered "custom configured" items and do not qualify for return or refund.
Returns received back in our possession within 30 days from the date of shipment will be eligible to receive full store credit for the total price of the order minus any shipping charges that may apply or have been applied.
