'Life in a Northern Town' is a project I have had in mind for about twenty-five years and am only getting around to cpturing these images and publishing them now; thanks to Nick Drake and Dream Academy for the inspiration ~ I get there eventually boys

I subscribe to the psychological notion that humans nearly always inherently respond in a positive way to genuine nurturing and then grow in a healthy direction. You help me believe that I can do some great work and that makes me want to keep learning...and take more risks with my photography. That the encouragement comes from someone who's work I admire is a bonus.
