PAULO PONTE SOUZA was born in Belém, Pará, Brazil. From 1990 to 1996, he has attended to School of Arts at Federal University of Pará. His first solo exhibition, "Before Me", happened in September of 1996, in his hometown. Also in Belém, he presented the exhibitions "Voice and Bon...

PAULO PONTE SOUZA was born in Belém, Pará, Brazil. From 1990 to 1996, he has attended to School of Arts at Federal University of Pará. His first solo exhibition, "Before Me", happened in September of 1996, in his hometown. Also in Belém, he presented the exhibitions "Voice and Bones" (2000), "Night - Rite - Crossing (2002), "Painting - Night Heads - Nameless Sleepwalking" (2004) and "Free Market explained Souls Delirium" (20050. Collectively, his paitings were exposed at University of Amazon´s III and IV Small Formats Exhibition (1997 and 1998). Paulo Ponte Souza has already presented his work in the brazilian states of Minas Gerais, Pará and São Paulo, in individual and collective exhibitions.
