Miroslava Sevcik is a pioneering contemporary artist specializing in a unique style of abstract painting which continues to expand the boundaries of abstract art. Her creations are mesmerizing - they go beyond the normal perception. She has exhibited her artwork throughout Europe and was a resident at the prestigious Vermont Studio Center in Johnson, Vermont, USA. She has been recognized by Basak Malone as one of the new upcoming artists for 2011 and has been included in her The New Collector’s Book – 2011.

Miroslava was born in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. She received her Master of Fine Arts in 2005 from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design Bratislava, Slovak Republic. She lives and works in Middle River, MD, USA.
