Artist Spotlight: João Ruas

João Ruas (b. 1981) is a visual artist from São Paulo. A Bachelor in Graphic Design, he has worked inside studios in the United Kingdom and Brazil before dedicating himself exclusively to personal artwork and illustration. He has taken on the daunting task of taking over as the cover artist for Vertigo's Fables comic, replace James Jean. Check out his work on his website here.
