dude thanks so much for the stars, you have no idea what they mean to an artist who is trying to make a name for himself here on bluecanvas :)
My pleasure. I joined BC in the beginning of the summer and have enjoyed my experienced here. I'm only a hobbyist at the moment, but am planning to go to art school in the future. I have tried other websites, like deviantART, but I have never found a more considerate and wonderful group of people as those who use BC.
Hello Adam! I think it's great the entanglement between reality and fantasy in your work. I would like to invite you to join to Fantastic Realism Group. You are very welcome. Please join us!!!
Thanks, Adam..glad you stopped by, I hope you enjoyed your visit..I sure appreciate the stars and comments !!!
New artwork! "Magic Forest Party!"- saw it, starred it an' I'm out! Quick like that.
You are quick, but not so quick as not to be noticed ;-P Thank you, Kevin. Your comments are always kick-ass!
I hate the Alien soul face hugger...especially later it when bursts out of your chest.
Absolutely! Bursting outta my chest maybe better that other alien encounter options. Anal probes sound most uninteresting. Better out than in, I suppose.
The root cause of my pain was a motorcycle accident! I leaned on a big biker's chopper and it fell over. I tripped and skinned my knee running away. I think back to that skinned knee and think how I could have died if I didn't put some Neosporin on it right away. What was your blurb about again?
I feel the pain, literally. LOL! ;-) I have debilitating back problems and have dealt with chronic pain for years. But, even though my body is in pain I don't regard myself as suffering. Transcending pain has been one of the most challenging things I've ever committed to overcome.
But seriously, I did have a motorcycle accident. Broke my back. (In Iceland I would have Bjorked my back). Now I have to use a cane for the rest of my life. I may look swanky but it sucks canal water. I have had major surgery. (As opposed to Admiral surgery). Now it looks as though I may have a second one in a month to put in a spinal chord stimulator with a remote control. Bizarre.
Also, on transcending pain...I have been trying to transcend my marriage for years. But, I married a Latina who somehow worked the word machette into the marriage vows. Since she is 15 years younger than me....she can outrun me. I have no chance. (This also explains why I build a cushion fortress out of the couch and hide when she comes home) k
"Sucks canal water," very nice imagery, ha! I've been through a few surgeries myself and loads of rehab. It blows but at least I can walk more now. Latinas are firy, good luck bro ;-) I've stayed single to maintain my sanity. You've got great humor!
How amazing does this look!! Lianne just gave me the heads up o nyour Writing Adam- would dearly love to have you join us in BLUE Group- where we also have a BLUE Xpress Writers' Forum -launched a week ago, and thriving. Welcome!! Rosie :)
Even your profile statement feels like something I have been trying to say for years now. Welcome to BC. I'm new here too but wow - you've made a grand entrance for sure!
Thank you for the warm welcome to BC, Llanne! I don't want folks to misunderstand that statement. Hope is better than belief. I am amazed at the amount of talent and creativity that exists within this site's users. I look forward to getting to know you.

Thank you so much for the great feedback, I really appreciate it! :-)
