Hello,
My name is Roxanne Morataya, but just call me Roxy! I’m a recent graduate of Otis College of Art and Design where I majored in illustration. I currently do freelance editorial illustration but I've also shown at places such as Meltdown Comics, Pop Lock Gallery, and The Hive Gallery and Studios, where I’m currently featured as their “Small Wall” artist.


The majority of my work is inspired by my life in West Los Angeles, fashion, anime, and the various kinds of people that I interact with every day, familiar and not. On a regular day, I’m on the bus in the morning, sketching during the day, and going to a gallery opening at night. If we meet face-to-face, be sure that I will probably use some form of you in a future drawing or painting. I look forward to meeting you, have an awesome day!
