I was born in Guatemala City in the 88, in a mixed cultural background, with both high and low social positions playing around with my family. I was born in Guatemala City in the 88, in a mixed cultural background, with both high and low social positions playing around with my family. Among all of these characters my grandpa had the biggest impression on me, he being a sculptor taught me some tricks with clay modeling, by 6 I wanted to be a sculptor. With time I got into learning some steps to printmaking and photography.

After high school I went to the Fine Arts School in Guatemala City, I got to have workshops with several artists from the Americas, had my first show when I was 16, maybe the most valuable thing was the knowledge I gained and friends I got to meet in the art community. I was introduce to the contemporary art world as an emerging artist in 2008.

I moved to USA for educational purposes, first at The Art Institute of Las Vegas studying Animation but I quickly found that I needed to go back to fine arts.

In 2010 I started my education at The Academy of Art University in San Francisco California to which I‘m still attending, San Francisco is opening my mind to several things, from simple themes as sexuality to more intriguing and complex concepts, my ambitions and expectation have grown limitless.
The art community is quite mix, which is helping me to develop a more individual style and line of work.
Even better the artists I have been making friendship with have had a great impact on me therefore bringing my work to new levels.
I had my first group show in USA in late November of 2011 and looking forward to a bright future and with great expectations.

If I am to describe my goals: I want to be remember, I want to be in the Art History books, I want to inspire people, to innovate, to change art, to change the world, to move the masses, to anew concepts and ideas, etc…
I don’t know what is coming, but whatever it is I am going to make it be outstanding.
