I grew up in southeast Michigan, known as the "thumb", and loved making art as far back as I can remember. I studied fine art and art history in college, earning myself a BFA in 2007. In May 2009, I moved to Canada to live with my husband and am currently working on a 5 month long public art project with other young adults for the local Children's Development Centre to increase awareness of the centre and raise money for funds needed to treat children with autism.
The majority of my artwork revolves in some way around the subconscious, nightmares, or childhood - but usually a combination of two of more of those.
