I love to draw, read, and write. I always have, one of my dreams is to be a professional artist. I'm not going to school for it, but if somehow, I got amazingly lucky and it landed in my lap, that would be my dream come true. :)
I strive to improve my art, but I should really draw more. I experiment a lot and everything I do tends to look different. Still haven't decided if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I'd like to have a style, but I also like to draw different things a lot. I'm not very confidant in my work, it could definitely always use improvement. I see a lot of flaws in the things I do and I want to get a lot better, but I do think I'm better than the average person.
I'd love to hear what people think of my work and I hope to one day actually be published in the bluecanvas magazine, I think its a long shot, but we'll see. Maybe someday :)

Wonderful, high quality drawings, not only the use of color is excellent but also your style of composition, I like your portraits

Hello! I just wanted to say that I adore your profile picture, I'm assuming it's your work as it follows your personal style cues. The hair in particular looks lovely, and it's no easy feat to convincingly render wavy hair in such a pretty manner.
I also wanted that add (upon reading your bio) that I can definitely see a stylistic thread that binds all of your work, and to keep experimenting with different media as it will help you to discover what works best for you. No sense in tying yourself to a niche so early in your career when you can learn so much about yourself artistically, which it is evident that you are. :)

oh wow, thank you so much! Yes, it is my work, one of two self portrait I've done. And thank you for saying that about my style :) I feel like my "style" is more in the colors that I use than anything else, lol, and I agree, I love to experiment and I want to keep doing it. thanks for the feedback!
