About me
As artist, writer and nature-lover I have been driven to create art all of my life. I managed to get one year in at College for Creative Study in Detroit, Michigan, then known as the Art School of the Society of Arts and Crafts, before life interfered and I was forced to earn a living instead. As artist, writer and nature-lover I have been driven to create art all of my life. I managed to get one year in at College for Creative Study in Detroit, Michigan, then known as the Art School of the Society of Arts and Crafts, before life interfered and I was forced to earn a living instead. Over the years I have experimented on my own in many mediums, worked as a Destop Publisher and Graphic Artist and most recently began my exploration of watercolor. Two months ago I moved to the ninth floor of a high-rise and am now studying the sunrise, clouds and trees from a distance.
I am a mother of two grown daughters and grandmother of six. A experimental edible indoor gardener who loves to cook, is learning to live with a number of Chronic conditions and trying to become healthier in the process. My muses are my two cats, Molly and Coleen.
