My friends call me an artist, I consider myself just bored and need to do something to occupy my time with..So I bought some paints a few canvasses and began to paint. I'm not the worse I've seen but then again greatness is in the eyes of the beholder. Someone once thought a portrait of the Queen of England made of hynie droppings was art.
Yes I'm one of those wounded artists with a tumultuous childhood and absolutely no confidence in my creations. But my friends like it and when the daily newspaper came over the other day to do a story on the charity I run and saw my art hanging on the wall, she said I should have a show. Yeah like I know how to go about doing that. So I saw this site on that artists contest show and looked it up. So here I am. Hope you like my art. Please feel free to comment or critique. I can take it, and if you are harsh I will just go to my little corner and cry. Then I will create something else from my depression. It's all good!
