my good freind Erin thank you so much for all the nice comments and the stars, have a great weekend-Eitan
and totally my pleasure. I dont get the chance to spend much viewing time here, but when I do, it makes my whole outlook better.
Hey, I wanted to say thanks for all of the stars and for taking the time to look at my work. It means a lot.
blew up my tv, can't move to the country, ate ALOT of peaches!
you can move to the country. you just have to "build you a home"...but then two outta three ain't bad
thanks for the stars Erin : )... loved to read that you are a music lover. I llove to listen to music and I could visualize the musics I love and feel like painting them but painting is not my profession .."Well the music is your special friend..dance on fire as it stands..Music is your only friend until the end !"
thanks my freind for the Sunday morning stars
oh thank you, eitan, for always noticing and appreciating when I post something new. I am happy to have a reason to look at your beautiful work again
impressive works!!! i really love it, wish to pass along one while walking around
thank you. and thank you for the stars.I hope to spread them far and wide so that maybe you will one day
Thanks for the new stars. I like the Wyeth quote. I have been painting for the last few weeks and have had very vivid dreams as usual.
yeah I could really relate to that. when I am working on a painting I am rolling and swinging in my sleep. my eyes take a rest but evrything else keeps going
I wish I had the courage to paint murals! I'm always blown away by artists who can do this. Murals are such a unique way of 'giving' art to a community. I have fond memories of murals in my hometown that have been here since my childhood. I really enjoyed looking at your gallery! :) Viktoria (and thank you for the stars!)
Viktoria, it was my pleasure. I love the softness of your portraits, almost dreamlike. If you wish you could paint them, you should paint them. There are always old dilapidated walls that no one would care about, but then you paint a colorful, unique picture on it it becomes a thing of beauty, and something for the neighborhood to take pride in. you know your range, just start out painting something easy and familiar to you. go ahead, give it a shot!
I will definitely think about it. I'm approaching my 1-year anniversary of painting (rather than drawing) and am slowly but surely working 'larger'. My in-the-works stuff is in the 24x36 range--hardly a mural size, but it will be interesting to see how comfortable and how large my paintings will become, especially since I'm in the middle of equine art (life-size horses, here I come..??). Thanks for the inspiration!
Your work is awesome! Viewing it here you feel like you're part of the artwork, like you're there. I can't imagine what it feels like actually standing in front of one of your panoramic pieces. Paint on Erin!!
Thanks, Erin, for the shower of stars. I appreciate your taking the time to view my portfolio further. -- All the best, Jeanne
Amazing work. I'm always in awe of great mural and wall paintings as I can't imagine painting something that large.
well, thank you. very much. It wasn't always that large. The more knowledge I accumulated the larger it got.And vica versa I guess. When you go big you get to eliminate a lot of the details because they get lost. The biggest challenge is getting up there, so I have always wished I could fly...
Hello Erin :) Wow.. you must have run out of stars! Thank you so much!! I haven't been here much of late for various reasons, but shall catch up in full-force soon!
ahhh, those stars aren't good for anything if you don't give them away...I love the fact that my opinion is almost like currency here...
I appriciate your biography. Very bold. Also that painting sculpture thing is amazing.
Thank you for the Star.
Thanks for taking a look at my work and giving a star to my Body Ledger drawing. I'm forever taking older work out of frames to re-use the frames for newer work. This drawing was safely tucked away -- out of sight. I recently treated myself to a new frame for it, so I could get it back on the wall to enjoy. Most of my drawings were from a 2001 exhibit about survival, transcendence, transformation -- about those life changes that spin us around and make us come out stronger. May your legs and determination take you where you want to go. --- All the best, Jeanne Sturdevant

thanks for the visit and stars
