My work stems from my desire to reflect the world upon the viewer. I try and focus on things that people tend to pass by without noticing; whether it be an alley, entry to a parking garage, back of a building or a candid pose, I use the city of Atlanta and its people as my inspiration. With ink and oil I afford myself a great mix of media to play with. Oil allows me to sculpt onto the canvas, turning the piece into a three dimensional work, and ink allows me a chance to build moods with vibrant color.
