You may not remember me, but I was an intern at Hold Up Art and chatted with you briefly when your work was up a few months ago. Anyways, just wanted to say how much I dig your work! And as a big fan of Final Fantasy (the artwork for IX was definitely my favorite), it was an honor to meet you!

(Posted this on an artwork but meant to post it here on your profile so I'm reposting here!) .......................I visited your website and took a look at all, especially appreciated the 'process' link. I use my Cintiq with Corel and PS to further compose and develop my paintings and (especially since working with the Cintiq) have come to appreciate how digital 'painting' is an art unto itself. It can be used in a very basic form or taken to its heights. Although the brushes are designed to 'mimick', I think the digital look created is a medium in itself---but only by those who have really mastered it. You definitely have. I'd love to try creating some finished work with a digital medium, myself! Very cool portfolio! :) Viktoria
