From California, Los Angeles, A prolific artist from South Central has really contributed to art community. He is a part of two art collectives which include Ollin Art and Oakgrove. Danimal has diplayed in different parts of losangeles, such as Highland Park, Venice, and Downtown. Known for his illustrative style and abstract concepts he is soon to be on his way to be in art history books. His style varies between Surreal, expressionism, and psychedelic. Most of his inspirations come from life experiences, dreams, and spirituality. Danimal is his alter ego, when he is not painting or organizing exhibitions, His name is Daniel Azucena. He loves the nightlife and cinema. Currently he is attending two community colleges which include, Los Angeles city College, and Santa Monica Community College. He is pursuing a career in psychology and art. Daniel's art really does make an impact and sheds light on human conditions that most people ignore or find to be uncomfortable. He has also has recently been doing some street art and goes by the acrynom D.I.E. (death is enlightenment). All in all, he is warm and thoughtful person that encourages people to think, converse, and create.
