I graduated from IADT, Dublin in 2009 with a BA in Visual Arts Practice. Originally a graphic designer for a number of years, I returned to university and specialized in painting and printmaking. Since graduation I have exhibited in Dublin & Berlin & London and I have gained various experience within the arts. My paintings are process based dynamic abstract works. I aim to create visual spaces that draw the eye in to explore the forms and surface space. My practice has evolved through experimentation with photography, image making, printmaking and the process of paint. My paintings are visual eclectic by combining and contrasting different styles within each piece. I combine and layer organized shapes and organic forms, dripped and poured paint, stripes, patterns and contrasting and complimentary colour.
