I love the frantic energy of you line. Do you immediately attack and as you sketch form an image, or do you purposefully work a piece to have that automatism feel? One way or the other it's brilliant work.
thanks charlie..i have family in portland...maybe making a trip out there soon..seems to produce some good art and music from what ive seen on the intnt...cool stuff..take it easy..:)
Thanks for the nice words and support !!! Your " Corpulent congressman is absolutely wonderful !!!! I love your art ....
Many thanks for your appreciation Charlie - I love your artwork by the way, beautifully distinctive :)
My influences would probably be definitely Ansel Adams. Others would be Alfred Stieglitz, Andre Kertesz, Brett Weston. Also Art Wolfe, Galen Rowell, George Lepp, Rick Sammon. I also get a lot of inspiration from Van gogh, Dali, and Okeefe, Warhol. But the list probably is endless
Can I ask where you get your inspiration from? Some of your work reminds me of Iron Maiden paintings, while others... super hero illustrations, one even The Nightmare Before Christmas. Original nonetheless... interesting...
I'm really bad at answering questions like that, because there are so many artists I love. Some of the big ones that would probably make sense are Edward Gorey, Stephen Gammel, Jeffrey Catherine Jones
Think I got cut off there, sorry... and Ralph Steadman. For some reason, I don't understand, I love drawing demons and things with horns. Who/what are your influences?

I never thanked you for your star and comment on one of my works. Thank you very much. ^_^
