I live in Newark, Nottinghamshire in England with my wife and three children who are all my proudest achievements in life. I am originally from the USA. I have been interested in photography since I was very young, always having a camera in my hand. My mother and I would take frequent trips to the Sierra Nevada mountains near where we lived in California. When I was a bit older, we moved to Texas to live in the small town of Carthage in East Texas. We were surrounded by a combination of forest and open and green farmland. Having always loved the outdoors, I was in my element. I received formal photography training at Panola College. I began developing my digital photography skills in 2003, using mainly bridge cameras. Almost three years ago, I bought my first professional DSLR, a Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II.
