Someone told me that the secret to success is to work really, really, really hard. When you've done that, work some more. I'm trying to make that my goal - a drawing per day minimum, hopefully more than that.

I've been trying to teach myself to draw and paint for around three years now. I think that I've had a degree of success, but life (kids/job/etc.) keeps providing me with opportunities to multi-task.
