Sometimes, I find traumatic experiences are easier to deal with if I tell myself it's all a dream or nightmare!
I applaud your use of artistic expression as an emotional catharsis. That is the power of art, to help yourself and others through equally difficult situations. There is a comfort that comes from knowing that countless others share a pain or trauma. Keep it going, I look forward to your future output.
