There is a Tibetan Buddhist practice that involves breathing in fear, hate, dark forces and exhaling it back as love/compassion. In whatever ways, we are able, may we each return love for hate; compassion for fear; anger into loving action. Boston Marathon. Whether we know anyone directly touched by the violence in Boston; ultimately, we are all brothers & sisters. May we each in our own ways stand in courage/love with all our brothers/sisters suffering in zones of violence, war, poverty, fear, suffering in Boston & the world over. May our humanity rise above our primitive natures. May the love of war-profiteering end. May Peace Prevail on Earth! E Ho'omaluhia me ka Honua!
