Ever feel like you don't have enough to get through. Get tired of living from paycheck to paycheck. I know I do. Life everywhere can be hard and when I feel like I am not going to make it, I try to remember there are places in the world that even when they are at their best, they still are not as good as we are when at our worst. Try thinking about a mother in Somalia who has to take shelter with her children in the wheel well of an old abandon car that is riddled with bullet holes because she is in the middle of a war zone and is to poor to escape the country she lives in. She has to wait to see if see can get food from the latest humanitarian effort because there are no grocery stores to buy food at and no water that is safe to drink. No jobs to get money even if there were grocery stores. The buildings of a once beautiful city are so bombarded with warfare that most are unsafe to take refuge in. You think being homeless in America is hard where we have soup kitchens and shelters for the poor. Try living in a place were there is no help for the most desperate and all but the militant are desperate. AND now she has to deal with the fact that she was stolen by someone who thinks they should have her more. Why do people have to steal?

I was touched about what you said. I like artists like you when they pay attention to the world and its people, no matter how far they are and no matter if they ever met but you care and feel them just like you are one.
