These sea and sky pieces are amazing. Seafoam becoming sculpture... beautiful. Thanks for contributing them and others to the 'Water' group.

This is my favorite! Personally I find you captured the right balance of negative spaces! The right amount of blue sky in the photo and sand and ocean!!!! Great shot!! would love to pay for a massive blown up version of this to put in my condo or home... makes a great modern piece.... lol if I ever get my own home....For now I am trying to survive college. :S

WOW! I designed a building similar to forms created by the waves. <3 This is such a good photograph! GREAT SHOT! :D its so beautiful how nature has created its own abstract art for millions of years. :D

Posted by jonbaird on December 09, 2009

what a building that would be!!! yes nature is the great abstractionist...nature provides and as artists we pick and choose!

This series is magnificent! I would love to know more of how you got these shots!

Posted by jonbaird on December 07, 2009

really very simple...i saw it happening...and i had my camera and took the shots...after each wave/photo i had to stand up quickly otherwise the camera would've got wet!!

Posted by fotofiddlerphotography on December 07, 2009

That is what I was wondering..how you kept dry..These are THE coolest shots I have seen in awhile!

Posted by jonbaird on December 07, 2009

i'm sure no photographer could resist it...all the conditions were perfect...i went back an hour later the next day and it was happening again...they are the ones with the clouds

Posted by fotofiddlerphotography on December 07, 2009

I just keep having to look at these!
