this is bronze....hollow...about 200lbs...5ft. I first make a stand out of threaded plummers pipe and bolt in onto a block of wood or shove it into a speaker stand(from my sound system....have a lot of old stands laying around....i perform as an electric cellist...hense the musical themes) then I sculpt my idea out of aliumium foil...wrap it in bailing wire and then coat with oil clay and to get the detail. Then haul it to a foundry and they make a mold and cast it....lost wax process...~M

Thank you and everyone. I just dropped off the mold to make a couple of fiberglass copies to take with me as stage props.....I can't lift the bronze ones.
