I really like how abstract the background is and its color divided composition. Very cool drips as well they really add to the raw dirtiness of the image. The line coming out of the front of the dog was pivotal in drawing your eye around the piece as well as the red behind the dog which my eye goes to first. I also really think that the glazing or shadowed area around the dog helps to pop it off the page and make for a very strong foreground figure. Good work!
