Description: The Paseo de Montejo, a famous boulevard in Mérida, Yucatán, is filled with the oldest and most beautiful mansions in the city. Some of these mansions are still inhabited by their owners or are now museums and banks. This particular mansion has not only its owner still occupying it when she is in town but it is also a museum and it can be rented for weddings or other event for up to 1,500 people. I took this shot as I waited for the tour of the mansion to begin.
