Description: Am I machine or man
Do I have memories or are they illusions
Am I part of the world or am I standing on the outside
looking in
as if watching a play
seeing myself live
and laugh
and die
Who am I to be in this window
in this frame
I dont understand
but its irrelevant
Machine
Man
What difference does it make
Who is paying attention anyways

How can I expand in the face of my fears when I realize whom I've become?

This is incredibly intense♥ my favourite SP of you!!!

Thank you so incredibly much Heather! xo I love this one too - people think that I am such a hard-ass and I'm actually the exact opposite. I think this image shows the softer side of me. ♥ ♥

For me, the bubles symbolize the thoughts that subconscious and the right eye is connected to them.....

My most sincere thanks, Don. It is amazing the things I see when I view this image. There is so much of myself and my inner being in this photo. Thank you, again, so much, for sharing your insightful interpretation.

I think this is another one that I got so into that I forgot to star. Great verse! Puts into words what anybody who has ever thought has thought. That right eye punches me in the face.

Brilliant - than my work here is done. : chuckle: - Many thanks, my friend.

Congratulations! I chose your work for feature in the BLUE FRIDAY LOUNGE… It is my pleasure to invite you to go to this link, at http://groups.bluecanvas.com/BLUE/forum/post/2827 And post your work, and then make your own selection, and notify the Artist of their Feature, while also inviting them to keep the ball rolling… and pay-it-forward… just like this!

SO COOL< Ramon!!! Thanks so much, Buddy! I will definitely keep the ball rolling!!! YAY!!

Scott, wow. The image is great and very disturbing. Combine that with your words and it is intense and powerful. I am in awe. Brilliant combination. Huge fave for me. And BTW, it does make a difference. : )

I half believe the words I wrote (the other half was to add mood to the photo.) I suffer with depression and, as you can see, or surmise, I create my most evocative work when I am depressed. Its sad, but its pretty! LOL. Thanks for the WOW - sometimes I feel like there is no point. You comment and support is immensely appreciated, Ramon!

I think a few of us are paying attention... Great piece! Would love to see your poem and image in the BLUE XPRESS forum @ http://groups.bluecanvas.com/BLUE/forum/post/2042 (the first page gives you instructions on formatting.)

LOL. I havent gotten to entering this into any groups yet, but I will definitely add it to the blue group and then the Xpress forum! Thanks so much for popping buy and your lovely comment, Fred!! xx

very powerful work! well done!
Posted by happyhead64 on July 11, 2012
Thank you so much, Desiree. I actually do my best work when I am utterly depressed. At least something good comes out of my "downs". Thank you again for stopping by and for your great comment.

oh Scott.... glad to be paying attention my friend- this is fabulous strong work- thanks so much for adding to BLUE!
Posted by happyhead64 on July 11, 2012
I'm adding it now. :))) Thanks for the comment. I am glad you keep me on my toes about the blue group. You know the "other" site's blue group, the blue must be at least 75% of the image, but in your awesome group, there simply need to be blue IN the photo. So many sites, and so many different rules. (the rules for groups are much more laid back and easy going here, btw)

Hey Scott- here the BLUE as a feeling is all it needs.... even a bw shot of a BLUES musician was among the first works i ever featured in the group... so very inclusive and far reaching criteria hun... want to get us all thinking about how BLUE feels...
Posted by happyhead64 on July 11, 2012
and thats why your Blue group ROCKS. :)) I just added this and one other image. I hope 2 is ok? I have many more beautiful blues, but I dont want to overload or just enter too many. :)

Scott welcome to add as many as you like .... though sometimes when Artists post alot of great works at once I feel limited in just being able to feature one at most per Artist each week... as it is the Features lists get so long... great to have you back here... but you know who else i really miss?? I miss your cat, right? xxx

well I better hop on that and get some photos of her. I havent taken any in quite a while. I feel like a horrible daddy, neglecting my little girl like that. :))) xxx
