Description: This was an assignment given and the rules were to pick a contemporary band and create a cd cover for it. With this piece I used patterned paper to give an interesting texture while using chipboard to create layers a give it more of a feeling of depth. It is not totally different from what I have used in the past. I have always worked with paper and mixed media, I just did more of it this time than usual. I plan to work with this more in the future.
