Description: Alcohol ink on plexiglass. 12 x 16. This was my first experience with alcohol ink. I love this medium because of it's spontaneity. I have only limited control over the way the inks flow onto the surface so it forces me loosen up a bit.
Congratulations. Your work has been featured in PENANDINKS. Please post your wonderful work in the BLUE Friday Lounge, beginning at 11 pm Melbourne time or 9 am New York time. All you have to do is go to BLUE group and come into the forum, #16, and join the fun. Everyone’s work is fantastic!!!
Thank you, and I do understand. This is not actually paint, it is alcohol ink and I drop it onto the surface and blow it around with a straw. The different color inks blend and move around in ways that I can't really control. That's what makes it so exciting for me.
