Description: Emotions lead us to take new steps forward into understanding ourselves for the better. While sometimes it might not seem so during the moment of peak emotional experience from drama or change, we still know something in the long run will bring us to a better understanding. We some times need a little help at these moments to slow the overflow of emotion. We don't want to shut ourselves down from being human, yet we still need to be careful and reserve something for are core to remain stable.
