This painting very much reminds me of a Matisse or a Gauguin. Your colors are very brilliant and genuine and as Jadedagent mentioned the vortex is very nice and helps to give more of a focal point. I think my one concern would be the bird in this piece. It breaks up the vortex a bit too much. Perhaps if you were to go back in there with the colors, perhaps even a darker red and push these other strokes into the bird it would help it flow a bit better rather than having it be one large stop sign. Other than that I would say well done :) This is a very unique piece and I am very happy to have it in our group! Thanks so much for posting it!
