looks like the mad hatter got ahold of someone....:) so interesting..i love being able to see images in abstract works. reminds me of staring at the clouds when i was young.
I really love your comment about looking at abstract paintings being like looking at clouds when we were young, that is a profound and insightful point
thank you. your paintings bring out imagination of the viewer. i think sometimes as an artist i think to much and it hurts my creativity. thinking back to childhood, it was so much easier being creative...everything was magical. your paintings are like the clouds, i can see things in your art that i don't see in mine. it'd be awesome to get a collection of what other people see in your paintings and exhibit them with the paintings.
I understand what you mean about it being easier to create when we were young. One thing we have tried is to work on several pieces at the same time so as we don't get to focused and critical about any one piece. Because we aren't spending to much time on any piece at a single sitting, it seems to help us a little bit. I really love your idea about what others see in our paintings thanks for a fantastic suggestion, I think it will make the paintings more interesting

Great. That's great variation of shades, shapes, and details, especially for a 4"X4". Wow!
