Oh my Lord Chris - the processing on this one is just beyond beautiful. I would give a lot to know what filters you used. Sheer heaven!!
Hi Lianne, Not a lot of filter use actually here except I did use Topaz Detail on the bottom half, for the buildings on down. And of course there are several layers of added textures at varying opacities. The rest is just tweaking in Lightroom before exporting to Photoshop and regular Photoshop work. I'm very pleased that you like it , thanks so much for the great comment. Cheers.
