Description: During this annual street festival, I was standing in an alleyway taking photos in three directions: left, right, and up. When I turned to my right, this young father, I assume, had just picked up the crying baby. He walked to the sidewalk curb directly in front of me and proceeded to gently sway back and forth, soothing any discomfort the child had. All was peaceful for just the two of them.
