He right stinker
I wandered what on earth a parrot was doing in the midst of all your art! My friend's one makes a clumsy attempt to fly/jump onto the dog's back..he then gently turns while the parrot clings on and then he stans on his chest and cleans up the dog's face. picking between his eyelids :)))Tried to do mine too!
He is my studio assistant. He sits on my shoudler and spell-checks for me when I am writing.
...that look mean business man.....so you better give him a easel and canvas too...soon.!!...but no cigar...is not good for parrots.
Oh, he is a stinker. He steals my pens, brushes and savages my erasers. And as far as cigars go- he loves the cigar bands.

The little bugger crawls into my bed in the morning and puts his beak right next to my ear and then explosively kisses me. It is a startling way to wake.
awwwwh, how neat, sweet, seee he loves YOU. I wonder if those parrots can be packaged as friends that come with an alarm clock, my alarm clock just screams at me, quite annoying. ;-))

I have noticed a trend among well loved pets. They never realize they are pets. My sister owns two dogs, a cockatiel, a rabbit, and a fish (That by the way is merely the current list of pets, there have been adn will be many more) none of whom think they are non human. The bird has even learned to argue with her when she tells it to do something.
AH, yes. Pie believes he is just a small person with feathers.

Awww how cute! What an adorable name too. I have a parrotlet and a conure (that's the one I did a digital painting of) and they usually assist me in the studio by chewing on pencil bodies and hiding in my hair.

I had a cockatiel who worked for me , great model , a little bit of a prima donna but worth his weight in seeds . He taught me how to draw birds , nasty critic though. He died last summer at a ripe old age of 30 . I still find his toys and snacks which he would hide throughout the studio.
