Description: Commander Ahab A. A. Whitetail-Ticklebury pilots the Amphibious tug during testing. The F-3301T is the latet in barge pushing tugs built by Fledermaus Industries. Like F.I.'s other amphibians this tug can be configured for military duties. When so configured a central turret is placed on the vehicle and a 120 mm multipurpose howitzer is mounted in the turret. The coal bin shrinks in size and range is decreased. The military version also sports two 7.62 mm machine guns, one in the driver's turret and one in the top of the main gun's turret.
The power plant of the F-3301T is a stream turbine with two jets for the water and six wheel drive for land. The tug boasts a whopping 325 hp in the water and on land and reaches top speeds of 8 mph and 12 mph respectively.
The tug can travel long distances in open water, weathering storms and other causes of high waves, due to its sails which are stored below deck. The rigging is removed completely when under its other uses but can easily be put up by its crew of six. The crew consists of the Commander, the First Mate, and Four Firemen/Riggers. All pitch-in when necessary.
