Hi Paula- thanks so much for your wonderful support. ...btw I don;t work with models, but take candid shots mostly if subjects are people- this little girl rushed past me in the rain one winter, and I brought the rain out with some layering.I'm glad you enjoyed this:)
G'day Rose, to me this is such a strong image even though the subject is a fragile, naive and innocent girl. It is your excellent application of B&W and control of light that gives this image its impact. GB D!

haha- I love when people read the notes- Colleen- so great to see you. Thanks for liking this one. She was a cute little girl, with the most beautiful face and golden hair...Running down one of the narrow Old Town streets of Dubrovnik, in the Winter...someone had upset her, and she was crying the most defiant tears. I just loved her...shooting conditions in the afternoon in Winter were poorly lit, so I was thrilled to get anything...There were two other shots as she approached, and this one as she rushed past me. There are very few posed shots of people in my gallery- candid emotion is what fascinates me most. ...
