To over react is to twitch that whisk!
Which furiously mixed up everything around it.
Be it feelings, thoughts or emotions.
Followed then by the physical reaction that always accompanies *any* brain and mind activity.
I would like to learn to be still.
To accept the moment as it is.
To be content as it is, not think that anything that exists in this 'right now' moment could be improved.
To acknowledge that this moment is, is, and all is as it is intended to be.
Such a relaxing thought.
