Description: Ahh, my first upload in weeks.. I’ve just got back from a month in Europe, thus my absence on here.
I thought I could relay the adventures we had via the photos I took. Our first stop was London.. We arrived to a slightly chilly and cloudy day, which soon progressed to heavy (like I haven’t experienced before) rain.
We surfaced from the tube at Buckingham Palace and were slowly making our way through the park to the palace itself when we saw what looked like a giant cloud moving toward us. A little too late, we realised it was a massive shower of rain. The rest of the day progressed with shower after shower, until my runners were soaked through.
Wet but not defeated, we carried on from landmark to landmark, until we reached the photographic moment I have been waiting years to snap.. Big Benny. Right on cue, another series of storm clouds moved in and I managed to snap this up just before a massive thundering shower came down on us again. The pics below show the storm coming in.
Practically running away from Benny we sought refuge in none other than the London Eye. More to come..
