Thank you so much Joy - this is one of my favorite spots in San Antonio - apart from the river itself.

so serene, i could spend a lot of time here too!! beautiful texture work - it adds to the warmth of the image :)

Posted by lianne on June 23, 2011

Thanks so much Simone - it is the loveliest place. I think I might have gone a bit too dark but since BC doesn't let you replace an image without losing all the comments, etc. - lol - I'm leaving it as is. I'm so glad you like it - that means a lot to me. xo

I love the way you've processed this Lianne - you've really brought out the colours of the stone, of the leaves.

Posted by lianne on June 10, 2011

Aww thank you Judith - you can see the "plain" version on my regular blog - not sure which I prefer actually. But somehow this "doctrine" texture just appealed to me as appropriate for this. So happy you like it! xox

Beautiful handling of this shot dear Lianne- enhancing so much the atmosphere and history of such a place. The gardens look incredible....wow, just tired this in XL- even better!! xxxxxxxx

Posted by lianne on June 09, 2011

How do you make it XL? Just by zooming from the view menu? And thank you, my dear friend. I've played with it a little more and I'm not sure which I like best now - lol. I'm just thrilled that you like it. I was the most beautiful place. xox

Posted by lianne on June 09, 2011

Thanks so much Ramon - it might be a bit dark - but we'll see how it plays. It seemed to fit the mood of the place though. So glad you like it!
