The Sound of Water

What a beautiful shot Rose! Love, love it!!! Beautiful narrative to go with it! An amazing piece of work my friend!:))
Your description is a compliment with the photograph, a sweet story about your childhood. Synchronicity is always a delightful experience- In my mind when this happens it's for the best of life...those small moments.
CONGRATULATIONS! Rosie!!!!! I HAVE SELECTED YOUR WORK TO FEATURE AT THIS WEEK'S "PEOPLE'S CHOICE LOUNGE”! YOU ARE INVITED TO POST YOUR ARTWORK AT THE LOUNGE-LINK BELOW, AND THEN TO “PAY-IT-FORWARD” & MAKE YOUR OWN SELECTION FROM ALL BC ARTWORK & NOTIFY THE ARTIST BY POSTING THIS NOTICE TO YOUR SELECTION: http://groups.bluecanvas.com/BLUE/forum/post/2952
ah, if i were a little less jaded i would have a tear forming from this scene. It brings to me a calm quiet of innocence. remembering a time when the world held so much that was fresh and new. things could never be stale, and running around outside within a 25 ft radius was a more than ample activity of contention. but no, now we all have our master degrees so that we can focus on "more important" specific things in one field of research and drive ourselves to the grave thinking, its a small small world. this girl, the twinkle in her eye says that she knows no bounds of universal laws. her communion with the water is reminiscent of vitality, or more specifically the quality of life and (exponentially paired) its future potential for shaping the universe.
Dustin such a comments dispels the jadedness and brings wide smiles to this ol' gal- thanks o much ...really :)))

Wow! 175 stars!!!! I guess I'm not the only one to love this image. It is my all time favorite one (I remember commenting back when you first posted it, that it made me think of Helen Keller). It's an honor to have it gracing the virtual walls of the SHADES_OF_RED gallery!

:)) Good morning Fred!! There have been several "lucky shots" in my time- this is one of those. xxxxxxxxx
Some might call that luck, I'd call it a sixth sense ... or un oeil de Lynx (the vision of a Lynx) :))
This is beautiful. It has an amazing sense of innocence and youthful wonder, embracing life and loving it.
mesmerizing work and extremely surreal, she could materializing or slipping into the Matrix, powerful work
haha- what a great comment... Fred made an analogy some time back that comes back to me everytime I look at this now...she said it reminded her of the Helen Keller story.... i am sure the Matrix will be sticking with me as well... xxx
