Description: Every year in the early spring, the blue-eyed grass blooms around the lakes and ponds throughout Florida. They are brilliantly colored, but very tiny. In reality, they are too small for cutting and displaying at home. For the purpose of sharing their beauty I, photographed, re-proportioned, and layered the flowers, some locally grown bamboo leaves, and the Japanese brass vase to create this still life image.

Just exceptionally beautiful. There's such an elegant, Zen-like quality to so many of your images.
